Key Responsibilities
* Perform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
* Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specification
* Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
* Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
* Maintain welding equipment and shop tools
* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
* Collaborate with the fabrication team and supervisors to meet production deadlines### Qualifications
* 5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment preferred
* Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
* Experience with MIG welding required; TIG experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license preferred###

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
* Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
* Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
* Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required### Work Schedule
* Monday – Friday
* Day shift (overtime available based on workload)
