Pro Resources is hiring a Senior Inspector for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Berne, IN. This role is responsible for inspecting precision components to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.

• Inspect parts to verify compliance with blueprint specifications
• Perform inspection setups and procedures with minimal supervision
• Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Inspect parts using CMM, height gauges,
  and hardness testing equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
• Record and document inspection data for quality tracking
• Assist with training or guiding other inspectors as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check
• Experience reading blueprints and inspecting precision parts
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools
• Experience with CMM, height gauges,
  or similar inspection equipment preferred
• Understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection data
