We're looking for someone to join our wood framing component manufacturing team in Markle, Indiana. In this role, you’ll be working hands-on with lumber, assembling structural framing components like roof trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial building projects. If you have experience with carpentry or wood framing—reading blueprints, measuring and cutting wood, using nail guns and saws, and checking your work for accuracy—you’ll be right at home here.

The ideal candidate can follow detailed instructions, work smoothly with the rest of the crew, and step in wherever needed to help us keep production on track and deliver top-quality framing components. Responsibilities:
• Operate various assembly lines involved in producing wood trusses and wall panels
• Ensure precise and efficient production by adhering to the provided guidelines
• Utilize a variety of power tools to measure, cut, and assemble wooden parts
• Thoroughly examine final products for any imperfections and uphold quality standards
• Keep the work area consistently tidy and safe

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using basic tools and machinery is required for this position
• Attention to detail is crucial, and the ability to accurately follow instructions is a must Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
