OFS is seeking an experienced Fabric Cutter/Operator for their seating division. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and good work ethic are keys to success in this role. As a key member of the seating team, this individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Accurately measure and cut fabric according to specified patterns and designs.
- Utilize Lectra cutting machines and hand-cutting tools to achieve precise cuts.
- Ensure minimal fabric wastage through efficient cutting techniques.
- Inspect incoming fabrics for defects and inconsistencies.
- Identify and document any defects, ensuring that quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient workflow.
