Third shift Cutter

Pay Rate: $21.65 per hour

Shift: Third Shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)

We are seeking a dependable Glass Cutter to join our third shift team in a glass manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for cutting glass to precise specifications, handling materials safely, and supporting production flow while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Cut glass to size according to production specifications and work orders
• Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Safely handle, move, and stack glass materials
• Inspect glass for defects, chips, or imperfections before and after cutting
• Assist with staging and preparing product for the next production step or shipment
• Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Prior manufacturing, glass cutting, or material handling experience preferred but not required
