Starting Rate: $18.75 after 6 months of satisfactory performance; will increase to $19.25. Night shift has an additional 7.5% premium rate per hour.

Work Hours: Day and Night Shift, 12 hours
Location: 3094 Lester Dr., Kendallville, IN
Responsibilities- Operate the machine and lead the overall product outcome associated with the machine
- Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements
- Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality
- Verify and communicate both product standards and work standards to execute production
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work center’s performance
- Work in a team environment and cross‑train with others
- Receive training to help advance your career
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
- Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
- Experience – previous machine experience preferred
- Must be able to achieve productivity rates
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications
- Ability to use a micrometer
- Ability to use a ruler properly
- Ability to work in teams or alone, and ability to motivate other team members
