This full‑time, on‑site Welder position is based in New Haven, IN. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, setting up and operating welding equipment to fabricate metal components, and inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure safety and quality. You will work closely with the production team to meet schedules, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company expectations.

• Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and fabrication equipment setup
• Experience with inspection, quality control, and adherence to safety standards
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification in welding or relevant technical training is preferred
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
