• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
• Proven welding experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Demonstrated skill in MIG, TIG, and stick.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Blueprint and drawing literacy.
• Problem‑solving ability; comfortable working solo or with a team.
• Solid understanding of safety practices in welding.
