Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Load metal parts onto racks efficiently according to Standard Work Instructions (SWI) to maintain quality and meet production pace.

Move racks and parts to the E-Coat carousel or designated locations using carts, wheel tubs, or pallet jacks.

Assist operators and other work cells as needed to support daily production schedules and maintain workflow.

Perform basic machine setup and checks, including adjusting racks, safety devices, and equipment for proper operation.

Maintain clean and organized work areas, returning tools and materials to their proper locations.

Use computer systems and scanners to track work center status, enter data, and print labels while following company procedures.

This Job Requires:

High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Entry-level position: no prior experience required.

Able to stand, walk, lift, and move parts/racks for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn to use computers, , and label printers to track production and inventory.

Follow Standard Work Instructions (SWI) accurately to maintain quality standards.

Able to work effectively with supervisors and other associates.

Ability to safely operate carts, pallet jacks, part lifters, and other material-handling equipment

Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
