Starting Range:
Up to $25.25 an hour (based on experience) for day shift with a 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift.

Work Hours:
12-hour Night shift
As our Press Operator, you will:
- Operate the press and lead the overall product outcome associated with the press
- Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements
- Lead the press crew in all aspects of operation, housekeeping and crew maintenance processes
- Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality
- Verify and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
- Receive training to help advance your career
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications:
- Experience – Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.
- Ability to work in teams or alone and ability to motivate other team members
