As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, from urgent repairs to capital projects. You’ll set the standard for safety, efficiency, and reliability while ensuring equipment performance supports continuous production success. Your leadership will connect maintenance operations with production, engineering, and plant leadership to reduce downtime and improve overall performance.

• Lead, mentor, and direct your maintenance team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for heavy line, fabrication, and large-scale production equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex systems, including mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Advise leadership on equipment upgrades, replacements, and long-term investments.
• Oversee capital projects, ensuring they meet performance, budget, and schedule goals.
• Enforce strict safety and compliance standards across all maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical fields (Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of maintenance or production leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale production systems, fabrication machinery, and heavy line operations.
• Proficiency with PLC systems, controls, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities under pressure, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and capital improvement projects.
