• Lead and train a 4-6-person fabrication team
• Drive daily production goals and meet deadlines
• Perform and oversee fabrication layout from blueprints
• Ensure proper rigging and loading operations
• Maintain high standards of safety and PPE compliance
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

This is a working foreman role – you'll lead from the front while remaining hands-on in fabrication operations.

• 3-5 years of fabrication experience, with foreman or lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and perform structural layout from blueprints
• Proficiency in welding and oxygen/acetylene cutting
• Solid rigging skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• High School Diploma preferred
