Multi-Process Fabrication Welder — Indianapolis, IN 46229

Picture your day beginning on the shop floor: the hum of equipment, the sharp clarity of a blueprint on your bench, and a fresh project waiting—steel one hour, aluminum the next. You set up your station, check your tools, and put your craft to work to deliver strong, clean, safe welds that stand up to scrutiny.

What a Day Looks Like

You’ll move between materials and processes with confidence—laying precise MIG beads, dialing in TIG settings for stainless, and switching to stick when the job calls for it. You’ll collaborate with teammates to hit deadlines, and you’ll pause often to inspect, measure, and verify that each weld meets strict quality and safety expectations.

What You’ll Handle
  • Execute welds on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using MIG, TIG, and stick techniques.
  • Study and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm specifications.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding tools and equipment to keep them in peak condition.
  • Coordinate with teammates to meet production goals and delivery timelines.
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe, orderly work environment.
  • Engage in training and development to expand skills and knowledge.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding technical certification preferred.
  • Hands‑on welding experience in manufacturing or construction settings.
  • Proficiency across MIG, TIG, and stick processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to top‑tier workmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Problem‑solving mindset; able to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of welding safety regulations and best practices.

Join a collaborative team where your skill makes a visible difference—and every project is an opportunity to build something great.
