Position SummaryThe Cabinet Maker is responsible for building, assembling, and finishing cabinetry and related components according to shop drawings and production specifications. This position requires strong woodworking skills, accuracy, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Construct and assemble cabinets, casework, and modular components
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and composite materials
- Operate woodworking machinery including saws, routers, sanders, and drills
- Install hardware, hinges, drawer systems, and finished components
- Sand, adjust, and finish products to meet quality standards
Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals and timelines
- Indoor manufacturing and woodworking shop
- Exposure to machinery, wood dust, and fabrication materials
- PPE required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves
- Stable, year-round indoor work

- 1–3 years of cabinet making, millwork, carpentry, or woodworking experience preferred
- Experience operating woodworking tools and shop equipment
- Ability to read tape measures and technical drawings accurately

- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (team lift for heavier materials)
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
