We are seeking a hands-on Production & Assembly Technician who can assemble firearms, package finished goods, support shipping operations, and step into multiple roles as needed.

This is a fast-paced production environment. We move quickly while maintaining strict quality standards. The right candidate will be able to keep up, think independently, and take ownership of their responsibilities without constant oversight.

• Assemble firearms and firearm components efficiently and accurately
• Perform in-process quality checks
• Package products for shipment
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling
• Support order fulfillment and shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adapt to shifting production priorities as we grow

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Able to learn quickly and perform in a high-output production environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Detail-oriented without sacrificing speed
• Physically capable of standing and lifting in a shop setting
• Comfortable working in a firearms-related environment

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Familiarity with firearms
• Warehouse or shipping experience

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
