We are seeking candidates as a conversion,
Drawtape Line Operator to safely perform a combination of production tasks, which may include safely running lines assigned to them in their department, assisting other operators on lines throughout the department as needed, documenting daily production, quality, scrap and machine downtime, good machine troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

• 6 months plastics experience is preferred.
• Attend all offered operator training classes.
• Ability to read production schedule, work order, and work procedures in English.
• Mathematical abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Some electrical aptitude.
• Good computer skills.
• Commitment to quality work.

• Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
