Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a
** Production Shift Supervisor
** to join one of the production departments (Packaging, Formulation, Filling, Visual Inspection) at the
** Sesto Fiorentino (FI) plant**.The resource will report directly to the Operations Manager of the reference area and will be responsible for managing a team of pharmaceutical operators on the production lines, collaborating daily with the cross-functional team to ensure compliance with quality, and safety standards.

* Main Responsibilities:

**
* ** Coordinate
* * production activities within the assigned team, ensuring the execution of production plans and responding promptly to any issues.
* ** Monitor, verify, and approve
** process operations recorded in the documents.
* Ensure compliance with
** GMP standards**, dressing procedures, data integrity, and process operating procedures.
* Participate in the development of production plans.
* Promote and enforce
** safety and environmental protection
** regulations, ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Conduct investigations into
** process deviations
** and prepare the necessary reports.
* ** Lead continuous improvement initiatives
** to optimize production efficiency and quality.
* Manage and oversee the
** training of new team members**, ensuring proper onboarding and integration of new employees within the department.
* Actively participate in
** performance evaluation processes**, fostering a collaborative work environment in line with corporate values.
*
* Required Qualifications:

**
* ** Master’s degree
** in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields).
* ** English language proficiency** (minimum B2 level).
* Strong
** leadership**, problem-solving, and team management skills.

* Previous experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments.
