CNC Milling & Turning Production Technician

What You’ll Do

• Own setups and production on CNC mills and lathes to meet exact specifications.
• Read and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan operations.
• Monitor cycle performance, inspect parts, and adjust offsets for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot machining and control issues quickly to keep lines moving.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with peers to hit output targets and deadlines.

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) — Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori Seiki
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
• ERP Software
• Calipers and Micrometers

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to interpret prints, drawings, and technical docs.
• Detail‑driven mindset with a focus on quality.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
