Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd shift is responsible for directly supervising/coaching the 8hr and 12hr Technicians in their function to efficiently maintain the company’s production equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for giving clear direction, guidance, and support to all Technicians on the four shifts to ensure that maintenance goals to enhance product quality, maximize production capability, and reduce unscheduled down time are achieved through efficient performance in maintaining the production equipment.

This role will also share facilities maintenance responsibilities around maintaining/upgrading the general facility and grounds for all Indiana facilities.

• Supervise and coach technicians on 8hr and 12hr shifts.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to all technicians across four shifts.
• Ensure maintenance goals are met to enhance product quality, maximize production capability, and reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment.
• Share facility maintenance responsibilities, maintaining/upgrading general facility and grounds.

• At least five years in a maintenance production line role involving automatic production equipment in a continuous process environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous supervision/leadership experience preferred.
• General knowledge of safety and safe industrial practices.
• Knowledge and experience with Lockout/Tagout.
