Production Line Supervisor – Refreshed Tech Base pay range

$22.00/hr – $25.00/hr

The Production Line Accessories Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production output in the Accessory department. This role is responsible for leading a team of production associates, coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring adherence to standards and company policies. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who excels at problem‑solving, communication, and driving continuous improvement.

Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop production line staff to meet operational goals.
  • Assign daily tasks and adjust labor resources based on production needs.
  • Oversee daily workflow to ensure production schedules and output targets are met.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, training, and corrective action when needed.
  • Conduct shift start‑up meetings, safety briefings, and maintain strong team engagement.
  • Maintain accurate production, labor, and quality records.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure proper setup and changeovers of equipment and production lines.

Required

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED;
    Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Work Environment
  • Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment with little to no exposure to extreme conditions or job hazards.
