Compensation: Up to $75,000 Base Salary + Paid Overtime

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a floor-focused leader who enjoys working directly with production teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple production lines.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of approximately 30 hourly production employees, including operators and team leads
  • Ensure production lines operate efficiently while meeting quality standards and KPI targets
  • Promote and enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards, including GMPs
  • Conduct daily safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
  • Train, coach, and develop employees through ongoing feedback and performance evaluations
  • Manage shift-level administrative tasks, including timesheets, PTO approvals, and corrective actions
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve performance
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and quality
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, production processes, and workflow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting
