Shipping/Packing Associate

Our 120,000 sq. ft. facility located in Berne, Indiana produces nuts, bolts, pins, rivets, and engine-critical components. • Preparing customer orders for shipment
• Forklift operation both stand up and sit down units
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Run multiple inspection machines including setup, troubleshooting and adjustments
• Unpacking and dividing product before putting away in the warehouse
• Bar code scanning
• Quality control & production reporting
• Extensive training program

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available to train on a different shift
