About The Role

As a Roasting & Grinding Operator
, you play a crucial role in transforming raw materials into high-quality products. You will operate and maintain roasting and grinding equipment to achieve optimal flavor profiles and consistency, monitor the roasting process, adjust parameters to meet production standards, conduct quality checks, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area. Your work directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Operate and monitor roasting and grinding machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Adjust equipment settings based on product specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on roasted and ground products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.

• Experience with roasting and grinding equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Certification in food handling or safety.

• May involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.

2nd Shift - 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
3rd Shift - 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
