You compare the part to the blueprint, check tolerances with calipers and micrometers, log results in the ERP, and keep production humming. By afternoon, you’ve dialed in a changeover, troubleshot a surface finish issue, and collaborated with teammates to hit the schedule.

That’s a typical day for our Multi‑Axis CNC Machining Specialist.

• Set up and run CNC equipment to produce parts to specification and meet quality targets.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to plan each operation.
• Continuously monitor feeds, speeds, tooling wear, and part quality for efficient throughput.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep machines in peak condition.
• Troubleshoot dimensional, chatter, or control issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
• Partner with teammates to achieve daily output and on-time delivery goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Clear communication and strong teamwork habits.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed.
