Starting at $18 per/hour + OT
Shift1st Shift: 5am-2:30pm | Monday – Friday | Some overtime during peak season
What You’ll Do:- Prepare screws for powder coating by cleaning, drying, and masking as needed
- Operate spray equipment and ovens to apply consistent, high-quality finishes
- Monitor oven temperatures and coating conditions to ensure proper curing
- Troubleshoot coating or equipment issues and elevate concerns when needed
- Perform and document quality checks for each batch or shift
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and report equipment, quality, or safety issues
- Support daily production needs while upholding department safety and quality standards
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail with a quality driven mindset
- Understanding of basic manufacturing safety practices
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard work procedures
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team oriented approach
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds repetitively
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and quality standards
Skills:
- Prior experience with powder coating or finishing processes
- Experience operating industrial equipment or production machinery
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting or quality inspection practices
