Essential Functions
- Assist Management with the production team members at Plant 10
- Assist in new hire training
- Provide excellent customer service to all plants, Purchasing and CS Reps
- Manage daily production schedules for the plant
- Check BOM and material requirement for job orders and make needed adjustments
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Previous experience with Oracle preferred
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Need to be able to multi task on various projects
- Extensive computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Production and inventory knowledge a must
- Will work same schedule as production, Saturdays required
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus
- Good understanding of quality systems and processes
- Ability and desire to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
