Plant Office Asst/Production Coordinator

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Assist Management with the production team members at Plant 10
• Assist in new hire training
• Provide excellent customer service to all plants, Purchasing and CS Reps
• Manage daily production schedules for the plant
• Check BOM and material requirement for job orders and make needed adjustments
• Participate in daily production meetings

• Previous experience with Oracle preferred
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Need to be able to multi task on various projects
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Production and inventory knowledge a must
• Will work same schedule as production, Saturdays required

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Good understanding of quality systems and processes
• Ability and desire to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
