Pro Resources is looking for a skilled Welder to cut and join metals and other Breast. Print reading and fabrication will be required. You will operate appropriate equipment to join manufactured parts with great precision. Always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety. Works in conjunction with other crews and lead persons. Responsible for the quality of your output to meet customer requirements.

• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on drawing requirements
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material to match measurements, size material to proper diameter, etc.)
• Operate appropriate tools to prepare parts that must be welded
• Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces or fixtures
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
• Repair assemblies and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• Participate in TFOS initiatives
