Scientist - RD-Aerofil Technical

• Develop liquid and aerosol products that meet customer requirements and comply with all applicable regulations.
• Help scale‑up from laboratory samples to production runs.
• Troubleshoot issues that may occur throughout all stages of manufacturing.
• Routine and project specific data entry and interpretation.
• Follow or create formulas and blend instructions.
• Understand formula calculations.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, sales/CSR, and customers on an on‑going basis.
• Assist with purchasing of lab supplies and controlling expenses.
• Understand and follow Good Laboratory Practices.
• Prepare lab reports for customers.
• Regular attendance per handbook policy.
• Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Bachelors’ Degree in a scientific discipline.

• The ability to understand shop orders and other reports as applicable.
• The ability to perform visual observations of samples and test results.
• Excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate and the ability to train on programs required for the job (OJT or professionally).
