Machine Operator - Night Shift - Reddi Wip​/Tablespreads Plant

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $23.12 an hour + $$0.25 & $0.30 shift differential

Conagra Brands - Indianapolis is looking to add to our production team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. and report to the production team lead. Machine operators safely operate equipment to produce quality product, clean equipment, and other tasks to support packaging and processing areas.

• Starting pay $23.12/hour plus shift differentials for hours worked on 2nd and 3rd shift.

• Night Shift is 6PM - 6:30AM rotating M-W for 3 weeks then Th-S for 3 weeks.

• Safely operate, perform preventative maintenance, and perform corrective maintenance on plant machinery to exceed planned performance measures.
• Perform quality checks as specified in procedures.
• Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training.
• Follow all training documents for job on assigned line.
• Participate in cleaning processes.
• Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly.
• Participate in all plant audits for assigned area.
• Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
• All other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager.

• 1+ year machine operator experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.
