Location: New Whiteland
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Worker to join our team at our Whiteland Indiana facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within this designated facility.
Schedule1st Shift 7am – 3:30pm Mon-Fri $17.50 per hour
Duties- Perform heavy lifting to move equipment and supplies as needed
- Sanitate production areas following strict cleaning protocols
- Conduct industrial cleaning of machinery and surfaces to ensure food safety standards
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of sanitation equipment
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste materials
- Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices for sanitation
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards
