FCH ORDER ASSEMBLING ASSOCIATE I 1st & 2nd Shift

The Order Assembly Associate works in a temperature‑controlled, fast‑paced environment. The associate assembles clamshells into kits according to customer orders and moves quickly from work station to other areas while the lines continue to operate. The associate must have strong initiative, organization skills, and communication skills. This position reports to the Packaging Supervisor and requires following Food Safety Compliance and direction from management as needed to meet departmental goals.

• Experience with Food Safety programs
• Knowledge and understanding of GMPs, HACCP & Quality/Hold procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Policy Statement

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year in food manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of GMP’s
• Bilingual English‑Spanish

• Promoting and maintaining a safe environment through teamwork and proper food sanitation training
• Able to communicate, read, and have good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand, follow, and communicate other standards and procedures
• Good organizational skills and detail orientation
• Able to cooperate with all co‑workers and supervisory staff

• Able to work independently
• Must have reliable transportation

• Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
• Exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals
