• $18.25/hr to start, $18.75 after 6 months, $19.70 after 1 year
• Skilled operators can earn up to $26.25
• Shift premium $1.50 for 2nd & 3rd shifts

• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans
• Assist with other key tasks during changeovers
• Conduct quality checks and input data into the Quality System, including GMP data when required
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment (5S)
• Analyze trends on reliability and yield
• Perform other departmental job duties when directed by supervision
• Understand required PPE and the location and purpose of all lockouts and e‑stops
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while keeping the process running
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Show strong organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals
• Lead by strong work ethic and good attendance record
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision‑making skills
• Work independently

• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Work 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday
• Available to work days or nights and overtime
• Frequently lift up to 45 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required, including weekends and holidays

• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong work ethic
