• Operate digital inkjet printing equipment with precision and accuracy
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for specific print jobs to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor production runs to ensure top-notch quality, making adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to keep equipment in excellent condition
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specs and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Keep detailed records of materials used, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered

• 1+ years of experience operating inkjet printing equipment (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with core computer programs and a willingness to learn new systems
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset for process improvement

• $17.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE
