OFS is seeking an experienced Fabric Cutter/Operator for their seating division. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and good work ethic are keys to success in this role. As a key member of the seating team, this individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Accurately measure and cut fabric according to specified patterns and designs.
• Utilize Lectra cutting machines and hand-cutting tools to achieve precise cuts.
• Ensure minimal fabric wastage through efficient cutting techniques.

• Inspect incoming fabrics for defects and inconsistencies.
• Identify and document any defects, ensuring that quality standards are upheld.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Proven experience as a Fabric Cutter, preferably with Lectra cutting machines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD programs.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types including upholstery material, vinyl, and leather.
• Previous cutting and inspection experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• General computer skills.
