Hours:

3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. 2 months training on 1st Shift.

Compensation
: $19.75 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium on 3rd Shift.

• Setup and operate a variety of thread rolling machines to produce quality products.
• Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance.
• Use scales, microscopes, micrometers, calipers and fixed gauges to check and gauge work.
• Load and unload product in the process using a forklift.
• Read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions.
• Start machine, observe operation, inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure part conforms to specifications.
• Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Forklift experience.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good attendance.
