Material Handlers are responsible for shipping or receiving inventory and non-inventory goods within a specific area while maintaining the facility and inventories in an orderly condition. They build strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Perform accurate putaway of inbound shipments.
• Operate equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
• Place appropriate documentation with outbound orders and inbound product per instructions.
• Ensure all compliance requirements and special instructions are met.
• Conduct random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance.
• Comply with all Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Radio Frequency (RF) instructions.
• Complete housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Participate in cycle counting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $18.00 and $19.50/hr please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
