Bayer invites you to apply for the Row Crop Production Trainee role. This position offers an entry‑level opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across crop production, equipment operation, safety, quality, and supply chain logistics while contributing to the production of high‑quality products.

• Work across departments to build foundational knowledge of the row crop business.
• Coordinate daily tasks, create work plans, monitor production schedules, and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Support teams to enable production of the highest quality product in accordance with forecasted demand.
• Operate, maintain, repair modern agricultural equipment, production tools, and data management software.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency, working toward the company's performance goals.
• Collect production data to maintain accurate service logs and environmental data.
• Document and standardize internal workflows, evaluate current processes, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.
• Encourage collaboration across organization parts and remove inefficiencies or obstacles within processes.
• Empower team members by creating space for problem solving and ensuring they have the right tools to thrive.

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record;
  Ability to work during days, weekends, and overtime;
  Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.;
  Willingness to travel up to 25% during peak season.
• Preferred: Minimum of three years of applicable experience or a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or operations management;
  Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills;
  Organizational and project management abilities;
  Team mindset with effective communication and collaboration skills;
  Adaptable to thrive in a dynamic operational environment;
  Self‑motivated and takes initiative to meet goals with minimal supervision.

Competitive salary range $55,360.80 – $83,041.20;
Potential bonus or commission;
