• Lead fractional accounting and advisory engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery across outsourced accounting, controller, and CFO‑level services.
• Manage and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—providing financial insights, process improvements, and strategic operational guidance.
• Drive practice growth through relationship‑building, networking, and targeted business development efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, advisory, or outsourced services experience.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, client service, and business development.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and accounting operations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
