Construction Project Manager

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation for the mission-critical industry, General Contractor Partner is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee mid to large-scale commercial construction projects. This role involves leading large-scale construction phase projects and managing staff members for a diverse range of institutional clients, including healthcare systems, universities, and municipalities.

• sProject Oversight
  :
  Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and establish baseline schedules for subcontractors and self-performing teams
• .Financial & Change Management
  :
  Track project costs, manage all change orders, RFIs, and owner pay applications
• .Operational Leadership
  :
  Oversee shop drawings and submittals, write subcontracts and purchase orders, and manage subcontractor relationships
• .Communication
  :
  Conduct regular job site coordination meetings and provide ongoing communication to maintain strong client relationships

  Minimum of three years of experience as a project manager for a commercial construction compan

  n: A professional degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferre
