A company is looking for a Lead Producer to oversee the development of an open world action RPG for PC and console platforms.
• Responsibilities Ensure overall project delivery and accountability for production outcomes
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer and discipline leads to define development strategy and manage project risks
• Maintain connections with stakeholders and lead the production staff on a daily basis Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the game industry, including roles as Lead Producer or Development Director Experience leading teams through all phases of the game product life cycle
• Proven ability to create project roadmaps and adapt them throughout development
• Experience managing budgets and working with external stakeholders
• Ability to lead distributed teams, including internal developers and co-development partners
