This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee the daily accounting operations and manage a small team of direct reports. You will lead the consolidation of financial statements across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This is a high‑impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership and an opportunity to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Lead consolidation of financial statements across multiple business units and locations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals
• Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
• Manage internal and external audit processes
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operational leaders across multiple locations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong expertise in consolidation accounting and multi‑location operations
• Public company experience highly preferred
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and advanced Excel skills
