Parts Warehouse Lead Stoops Freightliner

The Parts Warehouse Lead works closely with the parts management team to help oversee the parts warehouse to ensure parts are stocked, inventoried, and shipped appropriately.

• Help supervise warehouse staff and help with coaching/training as needed
• Schedule deliveries and help route drivers
• Make sure incoming orders are posted and stocked timely
• Make sure outgoing orders are pulled and prepped accurately and in an organized and timely manner
• Make sure new part returns are handled promptly and accurately
• Ensure all parts get shipped each day
• Daily inbound order check in and receive into inventory
• Maintain neat & orderly warehouse environment
• Maintain proper safety policy/procedures
• Maintain warehouse equipment & schedule preventative maintenance as necessary
• Monitor no bin part numbers & assign locations as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience
• Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills
• Must be accurate with information and reporting
• Must be skilled in customer service relations and act in a professional manner in all facets of customer service including professional email etiquette
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
