We specialize in major and minor centrifuge service, remanufactured centrifuge equipment, and high-quality centrifuge parts.

To support our aggressive growth plans, we are seeking a talented Vice President of Sales & Marketing to join our organization in our Indianapolis, Indiana office.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships within the industrial separation equipment sector.

This role, leading a team of six (6) regional and inside sales professionals, provides strategic leadership to all sales, marketing, and customer development functions, with an emphasis on Sandler selling techniques, data‑driven decision-making, and a strong culture of accountability and performance.

Salary and Bonus
  • $170,000 annual base salary
  • 20% annual bonus potential

We are looking for a highly effective sales leader who fits our culture. Strong candidates have a sales background with marketing knowledge, not vice versa.

  • You must have a track record of personally selling and winning significant business, and of building sales teams that do the same.
  • You must have a track record of building strong, productive customer relationships which drive repeat business and position the company for right of refusal.
  • You must have had prior success in growing aftermarket, service, and parts revenue—not just equipment sales.
  • You must have experience leading marketing strategy and managing agency relationships to support sales growth.
  • You must have keen senses about what you observe in the marketplace, be able to problem solve and navigate through those trends, and able to communicate market information and trends to an operations team.
  • You must be mentally tough and display grit; able to comfortably navigate through adversity.
  • You must be goal oriented and committed to achieving goals that you set for yourself and your team.
  • You must be someone who approaches the world with a positive attitude, able to adjust and adapt to changing conditions and challenges.

  • You must be willing to travel when needed (up to 50%).
  • You must be able to demonstrate that you have excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Experience in industrial equipment, separation technologies, sanitary processing markets preferred. Experience with centrifuges is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Our company and team are proficient in Sandler Selling, so strong candidates with Sandler experience are preferred.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
