A Naturescape Branch Manager enjoys a variety of responsibilities, and no two days are the same. You will strategically divide your time between maximizing your branch's production in the field, increasing sales, and developing your employees. You will meet with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods. You will also train and guide specialists, from veterans to new hires, to maximize their performance.

You will guide administrative assistants to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and education, while keeping the office organized and running efficiently. In the office, you will help specialists maintain efficient routes and use data to maximize efficiency and keep services on schedule. You may also interact with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction. Outside the office, you will drive branch growth by auditing work, meeting with customers, and performing services as needed.

You will regularly assess the needs of your branch and take initiative to benefit your employees and customers.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
