Training Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead new hire training for new colleagues, and ongoing training for the agency
• Design and deliver training on insurance processes, workflows, and compliance
• Facilitate training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, LMS, self-guided)
• Serve as an Applied Epic subject matter expert for training new hires and colleagues and ensuring consistency and effectiveness for how G&A utilizes Applied Epic
• Audit work product to validate training effectiveness and ensure consistency
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify training needs and drive improvement

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
• Strong Applied Epic experience
• Experience delivering engaging, effective training and coaching
• In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, including industry best practices, regulatory and compliance requirements, and end-to-end insurance workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects independently

• QA, or leadership experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• LMS or e-learning experience
