What You’ll Do
- Lead new hire training for new colleagues, and ongoing training for the agency
- Design and deliver training on insurance processes, workflows, and compliance
- Facilitate training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, LMS, self-guided)
- Serve as an Applied Epic subject matter expert for training new hires and colleagues and ensuring consistency and effectiveness for how G&A utilizes Applied Epic
- Audit work product to validate training effectiveness and ensure consistency
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify training needs and drive improvement

- Capable of managing multiple priorities, initiatives, and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative and creativity in designing, improving, and rolling out training programs and learning initiatives.
- Comfortable working independently to move initiatives forward while balancing cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Adaptability & Agility
- Able to pivot quickly and adjust direction as business needs, priorities, systems, or workflows evolve.
- Maintains effectiveness and a positive mindset in a fast-changing environment.
- Actively seeks, receives, and applies feedback to improve training effectiveness, materials, and delivery.
- Uses data, audits, and outcomes to refine programs and drive measurable improvement.
- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
- Strong Applied Epic experience
- Experience delivering engaging, effective training and coaching
- In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, including industry best practices, regulatory and compliance requirements, and end-to-end insurance workflows.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects independently
Required:
- QA, or leadership experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- LMS or e-learning experience
- You’ll have agency-wide impact and visibility
