Accounting Manager

• Reconcile accounts and monitor cash flow across multiple companies.
• Serve as subject matter expert on ERP and invoicing projects.
• Lead, coach, and manage the AP/AR team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
• Oversee AP operations, including vendor master data management, invoice processing, disbursements, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and internal business leaders.
• Recruit, train, and develop AP team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and enhance internal controls.
• Coordinate and complete annual 1099 filings for subsidiaries.
• Resolve escalated inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand strategies, trends, and operational needs.
• Prepare and submit batches for the third-party vendor payment system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and documentation.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops or training.
