Division President / VP – Masonry (High-Growth Commercial Construction)

We are a leading Midwest-based recruiting firm partnering with a premier, multi-state commercial construction client to find a visionary leader for their Masonry Division. Our client is a powerhouse in the industry, currently growing at 10% annually with a strategic roadmap to become a $1B organization within the next decade.

This is a newly created leadership seat, either Division President or Division VP (flexible based on experience) designed to "upgrade" the leadership team with fresh perspectives and sophisticated business acumen.

• You will directly supervise two Directors (one overseeing the Fort Wayne market and one Indianapolis) and oversee a dedicated workforce of 40‑50 employees.
• The culture is people‑first; this high‑level role requires visibility on job sites, building relationships with foremen and craft workers, and earning respect of the people who build the legacy.
• The client invests in modernizing construction operations, providing resources to implement the latest project management, estimating, and field communication tools to drive efficiency.

• Strategic mindset: strong business perspective and a track record of identifying market opportunities that others miss.
• Construction expertise:
  Significant experience in commercial construction is required. Knowledge of masonry is a plus, but ability to manage P&L, operations, and leadership teams is paramount.
• Regional connection:
  Based in or willing to relocate to the Indy/Fort Wayne/Louisville region (relocation assistance provided).
