The Opportunity
As a Project Manager at CACI, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and management of projects within our Mission Support and Engineering Services group. Your responsibilities will encompass overall management of projects under the task order, ensuring that technical and financial solutions, as well as schedules outlined in delivery orders, are implemented efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Oversee project management and execution, reporting directly to the Program Manager; ensure delivery of high‑quality products and services to the customer.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills; serve as the primary liaison between CACI and the Department of Defense customer, providing regular project and financial updates.
- Gather and distribute critical information to subcontractors and service providers; initiate, prepare, review, and track Requests for Information (RFI’s) and submittals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly project status reports; maintain thorough documentation of materials, supplies, and project‑related records.
- Attend project meetings; manage project coordination and document control; assist in project close‑out procedures.
- Closely monitor the performance of project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts and that the end product meets customer needs; monitor and maintain vendor and subcontractor performance in terms of quality, scheduling, and planning.
- Work with the program manager and financial and procurement teams to develop and revise rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates; support the identification of project requirements, including justification write‑ups, sole‑source recommendations, and technical evaluations; track purchase dates, lead times, and costs, and provide monthly reports to the customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major, business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a position requiring project management expertise.
- Active minimum Secret clearance.
- Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills.
- Track record of complex problem‑solving aptitude.
- Ability to think analytically and independently.
- Team orientation and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in written form.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven experience in project management; strong self‑starter with minimal oversight.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in IAC MAC task orders and working with IAC MAC customers (desired).
- Experience with DoD customer relations and project management (desired).
- Active TS/SCI clearance (desired).
- PMP certification (desired).
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, it represents a class of positions consistently available at CACI; individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions.

Pay RangeProposed salary range: $73,800 – $155,100.
