• 부동산을 대상으로 하는 프로젝트의 일정, 예산, 구매, 품질 및 리스크 관리 업무 (프로젝트 기획부터 설계, 공사, 입주, 마감까지 전 과정의 프로젝트 관리)
• 프로젝트 목표 수립 관리
• 프로젝트 팀 커뮤니케이션 관리
• 프로젝트 실행 단계의 감독 및 관리
• 프로젝트 관련 문서 및 보고 관리
• 설계사, 시공사, 컨설턴트, 기타 납품사 등 업체 관리

• 건축학과, 건축공학과, 전기설비, 기계설비 등 관련 전공 학사 졸업자 우대
• 3년 이상의 관련 분야 설계 또는 프로젝트 관리 경험 (대리/과장급)
• 동종 업계에서의 PM, CM 경험 또는 기업 내부 PM 경험 우대
• 건축/전기/기계/소방 설계사무소, 시공사에서 PM, 설계 관리 경험 등 우대
• 건축, 전기, 기계 분야 기사/기술사, PMP 자격증 소지자 우대
• 영어 능통자 우대

This role will provide Project Management services for a variety of clients. The working location will be CBRE/ T&T PJM Korea HQ office.

• Manages all facets of project management (program, budget, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Advise and support to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences
• Lead and support communication with the project team and relevant parties
• Manage and oversee project execution and delivery
• Manage and provide project documentation and reporting
• Oversee and manage critical activities of consultants, construction vendors or suppliers

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Design/Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, etc.
• 3+ years' experience in Architectural/MEP Design or Project or Construction Management
• Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or in-house Project Management is preferred. Otherwise, experience at a Construction Management company or Construction Design office is also acceptable.
• Design or Engineering License holder preferred
• Excellent Korean and English communication skills is a preferred.
